LEAP’s First 10 Years: 1991 – 2001

By | Blog, News | No Comments

acWe love our vintage photos that capture our early mission travels. These are very hard to come by, so we are asking for your help! If you traveled with us before 2001 and have photos, please connect with us so that we can obtain a copy. We are also looking for any old newsletters, newspaper clippings, or otherwise that provides us with news on what was happening with LEAP in the first 10 years.
We will be sure to share the best photos and factoids that we find! Thank you for helping us to have a fantastic LEAP year!!

Warehouse Warriors

By | Blog, LEAP Stories, News, Volunteers | No Comments

We have the best medical and non-medical volunteers! A total of 30 volunteers came out to work at the warehouse this past Friday and Saturday. Volunteers helped to clean, cull, organize, inventory, and improve our medical supplies warehouse in preparation for our mission trip calendar for 2016. A special thank you to our Stryker volunteers Brian Brown and Mike Ayala, who helped us get our scrubs and sutures organized. We are so happy to welcome back Melissa Howell. Thank you everyone who helped, including our awesome LEAP mission staff, Kristin Pesola McCool and Donna Matthews. You all made a great big difference!

If you would like to volunteer at the warehouse in the future, please contact Ashley at to sign up.
