Last weekend, Team Emma kicked off a town to town 5K fun run/walk benefitting the LEAP Foundation in Kansas. There were over 170 participants and 70 volunteers who made this an extraordinary event, along with beautiful, perfect weather. Six-year-old Emma helped raise awareness in these two communities during July’s Cleft Awareness Month. She also helped to raise approximately $6,000 for the LEAP Foundation. We are most grateful to Emma, her awesome parents, and everyone else who helped make this such a wonderful success! We are smiling, Emma!
