#GivingTuesday™ (#GT) is a movement to create a national day of giving to kick off the giving season added to the calendar on the Tuesday following Thanksgiving, Black Friday, and Cyber Monday. The second annual GivingTuesday is on December 2, 2014. In the same way that retail stores take part in Black Friday, we want the giving community to come together for #GivingTuesday.

During the week of Thanksgiving leading up to “Giving Tuesday,” LEAP will feature individuals and families to encourage joyful giving throughout the LEAP community by sharing their Selfless Selfies or “Unseflies.” This is how the Giving Tuesday “unselfie” works:
- Take a photo of yourself/family with a poster that says something like, “Be Unselfie and consider giving to #LEAP for #GivingTuesday! Please support the countless children touched by LEAP each year and share your unselfie.” Feel free to print the sign below or get creative and design your own!
- Provide LEAP with the photo and a few reasons why your family loves and supports LEAP. Example: “LEAP not only provides medical care to those in need, but they also restore confidence, faith, and happiness to those who need it most!”
- After LEAP posts the selfie, please share it on your wall and to your social media platforms.
